Shipping Info: We use Hermes for shipping within Germany and DHL for international shipments. We always send insured packages with a tracking number.
Return Policy: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This cancellation period begins on the day when you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

Conditions for the return:

- Cancellation Period: The cancellation must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. A simple email notification is sufficient for this purpose.
- Return Deadline: After declaring the cancellation, you must return the item within another 14 days at your own expense.
- Condition of the Goods: The returned LP, CD, or MC must be in its original condition. This means that it must be shrink-wrapped in the original film and unopened. Any included download codes must not have been redeemed.
- Responsibility for Damage: You are responsible for ensuring the safe return of the item. Damage to the goods during return may affect the refund.
- Refund: After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund you the purchase price including VAT. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Packaging Note: To prevent damage during transport, please ensure that the item is securely packaged. We recommend using the original packaging for the return.
